I am a local locations scout working with Centerline Productions in Raleigh. I’m currently working on finding locations for the following Lowe’s videos. Please let me know if you have any suggestions. Feel free to forward these specs to anyone you think might be a good fit or have an idea.
Thanks so much!

Locations needed for 2 Lowes Garden Videos:
1.)Need a customer home (mid-size and up, strictly outside) and nice garden.
a) Likely not filming until Late May when things will be their prettiest.
b) It’d be nice to have somewhere with a big yard with an established garden. We’d rather not have a brick house or a white house, as neither will look quite as good on camera – BUT we’re open to ALL suggestions at this point. We’re planning on having a talent (not necessarily the homeowner) “planting” some items from Lowe’s, so the owner would need to be open to us touching their garden.
c) ½ – 1 day of actual shooting.
d) Estimated compensation is $500.
2.) Different Lowe’s project, Woodworking Video.
a) Need another home, not too large or mansionesque but pretty and with a lot of yard. But here’s the issue – we need to install a fence and large gate in the yard. I can send images of what it will look like. And the homeowner can possibly have the option of us completing the fence or us only installing part and removing after the shoot. However, we do have to dig holes and pour concrete for the posts. (Lawn would be “put back” as best as is possible, even sodded where need be.)
b) This also doesn’t have to be a real person’s home, as long as it looks like one. We’d be there for 3-5 Full days of shooting.
c) The fence is all wood – this is for a woodworking video. (I have a small image if needed and a .pdf drawing.)
d) It is more likely we’d install only a partial fence and remove when we’re done. Because we have such a short timeframe to build the fence, we’re a bit afraid it won’t be done in the most “correct” manner. For example the fence is technically supposed to sit for a month or so before staining, however we don’t have the luxury of that time during a 5 day shoot.
e) As far as compensation, we’re thinking up to $1 – $2k, depending on length of shoot, type of property and amount of disturbance, etc.
f) The yard does not have to have an actual garden. Just landscaped so that it will look good in the video.
g) We’re open to how it will be handled, depending on the property. For instance, if the yard is smaller in size, and the owner is fine with the staining not waiting long enough, we could possibly complete the fence. If the yard is larger, and a little disturbance won’t be noticed, we would most likely just take everything down and “fix” the yard with some sod.
